DENON DJ D-Day

Zur DJ-Expo in Atlantic City präsentiert DENON eine ganze Palette neuer, interessanter Produkte und Updates*.

Da wäre zum ersten der DN X600, ein digitaler Zweikanalmixer mit integrierter Soundkarte, MIDI-Fähigkeit und Effekten. Weiterhin sind zwei Controller angekündig. Der DN MC6000 ist ein opulent ausgestatteter 4-Deck Controller mit kompletter Mixersektion und inklusive Audiointerface. Aufs Einzelteil abgespeckt nennt sich das dann DN SC2000 und ist eine Singledeck-Einheit, mit der sich auch zwei Decks steuern lassen. Bei beiden Controllern wird auf Traktor fokusiert.

* Auch für bisherige Produkte wird etwas getan: Der Mixer DN X1600 wird in den Kreis der Traktor Scratch zertifizierten Mixer aufgenommen und der Player DNS 3700 erhält per kostenlosem Firmwareupdate einen  Hydrid Mode. Mit diesem kann DJ-Software, speziell Serato Scratch Live, direkt mit einem, vom DSP-Chip generierten, Timecode gesteuert werden. Man braucht also keine Timecode-CD mehr. Der DNS 1200 soll demnächst ähnlich befähigt werden.
